SHEROSE is a Swedish licensed company affiliated with several medical and cosmetic companies, such as EngDerm, which specializes in selling devices, modern laser technologies and skin treatment products for beauty clinics and beauty salons in general. In addition to StyleDerm Aesthetic Medical Clinic, under the supervision of specialized dermatologists and skin therapists.

 

General:

These terms of purchase apply when you as a consumer place an order from www.sherose.se

Sales on sherose.se are carried out by EngDerm AB (559286-5033), address: Drottninggatan 10, 803 20 Gävle

When you make a purchase on sherose.se, you are entering into a purchase agreement with EngDerm AB and you know that you are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy, which you can read here www.sherose.se / Privacy Policy.

 

These terms of purchase may change and it is therefore your responsibility to read the terms with each individual purchase.

 

Conclusion of the agreement:

 

For shopping in SHEROSE e-commerce, you must be 18 years of age, not under guardianship, and have the capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are under 18, you must have a parent’s permission to order from us.

 

Contracts between you and SHEROSE arise when you receive confirmation of delivery from SHEROSE. The agreement only relates to goods that have been confirmed in the delivery confirmation. We reserve the right for possible delays in delivery and final sales. In addition, we reserve the right for technical errors, typographical errors, and spelling errors. We reserve the right to amend any errors in price information before and after the order is processed.

 

 

Delivery times:

The Parcels that sent to you to Postnord\DHL points near your specified delivery address are usually delivered within three to four business days.

The package is delivered to your mailbox, if there is no place, it is delivered to your door or hung in a bag on the mailbox/door.

You are responsible of delivery from the moment the package is left at your door. The zip code you enter at checkout determines whether you can choose this option.

 

–         Shipping charges:

The buyer bears SEK 150 for each package, which is worth less than SEK 500.

For packages worth more than 500 Swedish krone, the shipping cost will be free.

Broken package:

SHEROSE ensures that every shipment is inspected before being sent to the customer. If, however, the product is still broken or incorrect when it arrives, please inform us within 24 hours of the time and date of receipt by sending photos of the broken product and contacting us by contact number or email.

Goods that are out of stock:

If any item you ordered is out of stock when you fill your order, only the items you ordered that are in stock will be delivered to you, and you will be contacted to suggest an alternative product.

 

Notice:

When the order is received, you will receive an email with the order number.

When the order is dispatched from our warehouse, a notification regarding the same is sent via email to your email with a tracking link. So you must register your email in SHEROSE store.

 

Unclaimed packages:

Your package remains at the delivery location for varying periods of time depending on the shipping company’s regulations. We reserve the right to invoice a fee of SEK 150 as a shipping cost ift the package was returned to us as an unclaimed package. When delivered to a SHEROSE e-commerce store, it remains in the store for only 7 days. If you have paid for your order but have not received it, the order amount will automatically be returned and the shipping cost of 150 krone will be deducted.

 

SHEROSE Right to Refuse Requests:

SHEROSE reserves the right to reject orders. For example, if a package is returned , the amount will not be returned at its current price, but rather at the price at which it was purchased, based on renewed offers and discounts in the SHEROSE online store.

 

 

Order and delivery/receipt confirmations:

When you complete your order, SHEROSE will send you an order confirmation (Sales Oder number) via email. If you have not received confirmation of order number, please check if your email address is correct, in your spam or tell customer service so we can resend the confirmation. When sending packages from SHEROSE e-commerce warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation/receipt with shipment number via E-mail. Contracts for delivery of ordered products arise when you receive confirmation of delivery.

 

Right to return:

You always have the right to return packages within 14 days of delivery only. Note that products must be returned with unbroken or opened packaging and in an unused or damaged condition.

SHEROSE has the full right to not take the responsibility for products with broken packaging or other broken seals. We have the right to withhold a refund until we receive the goods or provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. This does not affect your rights under the law.

SHEROSE is not responsible for the item\products\parcels returned by the customer if they are broken or damaged.

 

Gifts and product samples with purchase:

When returning purchased goods, gifts and product samples, which have been received by SHEROSE due to the customer’s purchase, they must also be returned by the customer, that is, you as a customer cannot return the goods to the SHEROSE online store without returning the gifts that were sent with the ordered goods, as they must be returned. The package should returned with gifts and products purchased by the customer.

 

 Warranty on electrical products:

SHEROSE provides 1 year warranty on electrical products. A fault that appears on electrical products during the warranty period is considered as if it existed at the time of purchase. If the item is broken or incorrect, the easiest way is to contact customer service.

 

Payment and prices:

Shopping at SHEROSE e-commerce is safe and easy. You can choose between direct payment through the bank, payment by card where your bank or credit card is linked to Visa card or Swish, or payment through your Klarna account in addition to payment by PayPal.

SHEROSE handles payments and refunds. More information about the different payment options can be found under the respective headings below.

 

1Bank card:

If you want to pay by credit card linked to a Visa card you can by choosing this payment option, the amount is held on your credit card at the time of your order and payment is only made when the goods have been dispatched to you.

 

2Payment via Swish:

You who call Swish can make a payment that is deducted directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and authorize the payment via your mobile bank ID to complete your purchase. In the event of a return, the money is returned to your bank account, alternatively to your bank, credit card or cash.

 

 

 

 

3Full or partial payment via Klarna account:

If you choose partial payment as your payment option, you choose the amount you want to pay each month. Partial payment is handled by our partner Klarna AB.

 

4Prices:

Our prices include VAT. Prices are adjusted based on the B2B sales method, SHEROSE reserves the right to apply prices on the day of delivery. Packaging (FTI) and delivery charges may be added depending on the quantity and agreed upon price.

All our prices are stated in Swedish Krone and include VAT. VAT is reported in the sales order. For current prices you can find them on the website near the goods. In the event that the stated price is clearly incorrect, we are not obligated to offer a lower incorrect price.

 

5Validity display:

Prices are variable depending on discounts and offers, so SHEROSE adheres to the price displayed on the same day of purchase.

When returning or exchanging, both parties, SHEROSE and the customer, are committed to the price at which the purchase was made at the time of submitting the purchase order, and not based on the recent price in the event that it changes based on discounts and offers.

7Expiry date of products:

All SHEROSE products are marked with the production date and expiry date. Please note that some use may cause premature deterioration of the product; Such as using your finger to remove the cream from the package instead of a spoon, as bacteria will spread and their shelf life will be shortened. It is also not a good idea to store products at high temperatures or expose them to sunlight. It is recommended to keep products within a temperature of 15-25 degrees Celsius.

 

8Applicable law and dispute:

In any dispute, SHEROSE follows Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. The Public Complaints Board can be reached either via the website www.arn.se or at Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also submit a complaint via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform which you can access at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Swedish law and, without prejudice to what is stated in the paragraph above, shall be decided by a public court.

 

9Changes to purchase conditions:

SHEROSE reserves the right to make changes to the terms of purchase. Changes to the terms of purchase will be announced on www.sherose.se. The applicable terms and conditions are available at any time at www.sherose.se

 

10Links on our website:

If the sherose.se website contains links to websites and other materials belonging to third parties, it should be made clear that sherose.se website does not control the content or materials on those websites and will therefore not be liable for any damages or losses.
